The Pokémon Company announced today that Pokémon Shuffle is coming to mobile devices, after getting over 4.5 million downloads on the eShop.
The mobile version of Pokémon Shuffle will be released later this year. It seems to be the same exact game as the 3DS edition, but with optimizations for iPhone and Android.
